How do I download the app once I have created my account?

Turfy the Mole is live on the Apple App Store. Once you have created your account, just install it on your iPhone:

  1. Open the App Store and search Turfy the Mole, or tap our listing: apps.apple.com/us/app/turfy-the-mole
  2. Tap Get to download Turfy to your home screen.
  3. Open Turfy and sign in with the email and password you used when you created your account.

The app is free to download and updates automatically through the App Store. An Android version is on the way — in the meantime you can use the full web app at app.turfy.io from any device.

How do I reset my password?

Head to the sign-in page and click "Forgot password" to get a reset link emailed to you. If it does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder or message us.

How do I update my billing information?

Open Turfy and go to Settings → Billing. You can update your card, change plans, or download invoices from there. Need a hand? Pick "Billing & subscription" in the form above.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No multi-year contracts, no cancellation fees. You can cancel from Settings → Billing and you will keep access until the end of your current billing period.

How fast will I hear back?

Most messages get a reply within a few hours during support hours, and always within one business day. Urgent production issues are monitored after hours.

I found a bug — what do you need from me?

A short description of what happened, what you expected to happen, the steps to reproduce it, and a screenshot or short screen recording if you have one. The more detail, the faster we can ship a fix.
